Hi. I have been looking for the evaluation of service year form but the officials keep saying its finished. I don’t know what to do. I was not able to get on my CDS and since then it has been a struggle. How can I get this form? I’m an Abuja Corper. Thank you very much.

Mac, I understand your plight ‘cos’ as a serving corp member i understand how frustrating it can be. About the evaluation form, the principal of the school you served (thats if you were posted to a school) should give you that but if the contrary is the case, you can contact your LGI. . That’s the best i can i offer you now. God bless you.
